1\. Journey to the [Prontera](https://irowiki.org/wiki/Prontera) Castle, then proceed north one portal, and then to the northeast portal of the banquet room. From here journey south 1 portal.

2\. Talk to the Senior Crusader (prt\_cas 251/75) to begin the quest. The first task is to gather a number of items.

* The player is required to collect one of three sets:
* Note: This part can be skipped by bringing a [Chivalry Emblem](http://db.irowiki.org/db/item-info/1004/) and a [Hand of God](http://db.irowiki.org/db/item-info/1009/) when first speaking with the Senior Crusader.
3\. After turning in the items, speak with Man in Anguish, Murnak Mijoul (prt\_cas 238/94). You need to be wearing a [Rosary](http://db.irowiki.org/db/item-info/2608/) when you talk to this NPC. You can buy them from the [Prontera](https://irowiki.org/wiki/Prontera) Church.

4\. He will tell the player to run a gauntlet of monsters, which include [Mandragora](http://db.irowiki.org/db/monster-info/1020/), [Flora](http://db.irowiki.org/db/monster-info/1118/), [Greatest General](http://db.irowiki.org/db/monster-info/1277/) and [Familiar](http://db.irowiki.org/db/monster-info/1005/) without attacking any of them. Having [Endure](https://irowiki.org/wiki/Endure) is helpful.
* Tip: Take to one of the sides and start endure as soon as you get hit first time and keep walking north. If you walk through the middle, all mobs will focus on you.
5\. The Man in Anguish will speak of a [Crusader](https://irowiki.org/wiki/Crusader) in the [Prontera](https://irowiki.org/wiki/Prontera) Church for a knowledge test next. She is in the Northwest corner of the church's main room.
